Road Infrastructure :We have never had it this good, Ile - Oluji people tell Akeredolu

The people of Ile - Oluji in Ile - Oluji / Okeigbo local government area of Ondo State have hailed the state Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, for the unprecedented infrastructural development in the town.

The people, who welcomed Governor Akeredolu into the town with drums and excitement, said the town has never had it this good in anal of its history.

Governor Akeredolu was in the town to inspect the ongoing construction of 5.25km Ile-Oluji township road.

One of the residents who spoke during the inspection, Chief Rufus Adefulure, disclosed that the town has never experienced such infrastructural development in its history.

Adefulure noted that one of the roads under construction is important to the people, adding that there was a time that erosion was sweeping houses around the area.

He said " We have never had this type of thing in Ile-Oluji. The Gesinde Road, there was a time that erosion was sweeping houses around that place, people have abandoned their house. But now, with the intervention of the Akeredolu’s administration, people have started taking over their houses back "

On his part, the Director General of the Technical Aide Corps, Dr. Pius Osunyikanmi who is a son of the soil said Governor Akeredolu has opened up the town to development.

He noted that the town has never had it so good in terms of infrastructural development and government interventions.

Also, the Commissioner for Finance, Wale Akinterinwa said he was particularly grateful to the Governor for embarking on massive infrastructural development in the town despite scarce resources.

Governor Akeredolu said everyone in the community must understand that his administration is keeping promises. He stressed that even though his administration has not fulfilled all, it has fulfilled most of the promises it made during the electioneering campaigns.

He said :" We have went round the town to see other projects ongoing. We are happy that the contractor here is already doing asphalt overlaying. You can see the quality of the job done here. Yes, there is no money but we understand that our people must enjoy the dividend of governance. "

what about the Federal Polytechnic sited in the town sometime in 2012 ( or thereabout) which has created direct & indirect employment for the people in the thousands?

the governor at the time could have decided to provide land for the institution elsewhere in the state...

ANNOUNCEMENT!!!

If you work in NNPC, have relations that works in NNPC, and you depend on them for survival or better still you don't want them to become sudden pensioners that would suffer same fate Ex-NITEL staffs suffered before PMB paid their pensions....

Get your PVC, vote PMB!

BUHARI'S SECOND TERM

Civil Servant or Public Servant should think twice before casting their VOTE. One factor is that at least 70% of ALLOCATION to STATES comes from NNPC.

IF eventually NNPC is sold to ATIKU's friends as promised, definitely your SALARY has being sold off, your JOB has being sold off. Think deeply. Thanks.

~Retired Biafran Army "Chinedu Madu" caution civil servant.

This election has the following in built factors:
The licenses of DISCOS have expired and the PMB’s government is to allow more companies to come in.

The OIL prospecting licenses of the Generals have expired and PMB is set to allocate them to the States for infrastructural development and thirdly and the most important the monopolistic license issued to INTELS with an annual revenue of N300 billion will expire in 2020 and PMB will not renew it. This has been the mainstay of Atiku. Wike and Secondus are also beneficiaries.

Therefore the elections is between the masses and those who have cornered our commonwealth.

If you are not their friend and you are supporting them without verifying these expiry dates of their economic dominance you have to think twice.

God bless Nigeria

Too many foolish questions and comments here but the most reasonable thing to ask is if you were the one, what will you have done better, the answer is you can never know.

So instead of nagging your complaints..hail the man for trying his best and not in a cosmetic way. Gov. Rotimi Akeredolu is touching lives from beneath and gradually to the tip. Simple!!
