A Lagos outsourcing company identified as Consol, has allegedly refused to pay it trainees after they refused to buy headsets at a rate of 27,000 to work. The outsourcing company who allegedly refused to pay the trainees who were hired for a N37,000 customer service call agents job for Airtel, were accused of including the condition which was not in the initial agreement.
