Paul Pogba have been a revelation this season after the sacking of former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.

Since joining the club from Juventus last three season, the World Cup winner have not reached the height expected of him though he has had some moments for himself.

This season was nearly drastic in his career after falling out with the sacked Portuguese manager. Mourinho had wanted more from his talented midfielder but his criticism of the Frenchman generated headlines and the outspoken midfielder couldn't hold back and the war began.

After the Liverpool defeat in which Pogba was dropped by Mourinho, the club couldn't take what they were seeing any more and Mourinho was shown the exit door.

No one would have expected Pogba to hit the form he is right now but the appointment of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as his successor have overseen a drastic change in their fortune of the club and the players. In around 2 months since taking over, the former Cardiff boss has taken United from 6th to 4th in the league, a feat that looked impossible under the reign of Mourinho with the Portuguese himself even claiming at one of his press conference it would be a miracle for United to see themselves there.
