But since he's currently resident in the country, any income he makes both here and overseas will be taxed. However, if the income from abroad had been taxed already, and there's a double taxation agreement, then he's exempt from paying tax on the foreign income only, but he still pays tax on the domestic earning.

It is a crime for a government that works. But Nigeria it is hard to perceive it a crime and it is seen as persecution. Government is doing little for the masses. Neighbourhoods are like shams. Our government hasn't encourage people to pay their income tax. You don't force you make them believe.
