Former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, in his memoir, ‘My Watch’, revealed his number of children as 20, with 19 being biological, except Kunle, his nephew.  On Wednesday, 20th February 2019, Obasanjo spoke on overpopulation at an event organised by the two arms of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) – Centre for Human Security and the Dialogue and Africa Progress Group (APG) – in Abeokuta, Ogun State. According to him, overpopulation is contributing significantly to terrorism in Africa; in his speech, he urged governments on the continent to efficiently manage their populations and resources. The Guardian tweeted a headline that captured this event - and one of Obasanjo's sons Dare(a Microsoft Product leader in the USA) replied, "TFW you find out your dad is a Thanos fan via Twitter."
