Wanna move to ibadan. I want a mid-developed area with at least a fair good road and reliable power supply. I was told bodija and akobo and ringroad, i was also told akobo's light is second to none, meaning thier light is so stable. However though, i was also told akobo is not really developed and thier roads are bad. What's your suggestions guys, where should i pack to |
