Igini, the Akwa Ibom Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), states that the commission will probably cancel polls in units where ballot boxes have been snatched in the state. Igini said this while addressing newsmen about the conduct of the Presidential and National Assembly elections in Akwa Ibom on Saturday. “What I can tell you emphatically is that there’s no election, where there’s snatching of ballot papers or outcome sheets are taken to private homes or someplace to thumbprint.
