please dont blame us and dont generalise your opinion, blame Tinubu and his blind supporters. Didn't you hear his voice in the leaked audio when he said it's only if they( his thugs) work hard, that he would give them money? Did you hear such in my state, the fountain of knowledge? Never! Those thugs seen snatching ballot boxes are either OPC stark illiterate boys or the agberos who work for tinubu, both in lagos and in his home state of osun. He's the baba awon thugs and apc.

If you are a good student of Nigeria's political history, you would have known that South-west has a scarred and unpalatable history of electoral violence. In the first republic, political violence and instability led to the imprisonment of Chief Obafemi Awolowo and the creation of the Mid-west region in 1963. Even after Awo's incarceration in 1962, the region didn't enjoy political peace, and was in the news again for all manners of electoral offence in the 1964 elections. However, note that some states in this region have lesser quotient of political violence than others.

I think the problem lies in the widely accepted but apparently counter-productive practice of using thugs -- who are both unconscionable and jobless -- to secure political victory. Today, it is very difficult to differentiate between who is an OPC member and who is a street urchin, popularly called "Alaye." In my view, the next state that comes close to Lagos in terms of politically motivated violence and electoral malpractice is Rivers, where might is power and violence, a tradition.

Abia, Akwa Ibom, Delta and Rivers are in the south west nah. Osu ipob loser !!!
