Bros, Dogara's victory wasn't against all odds..everyone saw it coming..religion and tribalism apart, Dogara will beat the current governor of Bauchi state hands down without even breaking a sweat!! That guy is madly loved by everyone ahwear

He's a Christian from an indigenous minority in Bauchi. He has always had his base solid cos his people love him. Apc or PDP, he would have always retained his seat.

Problem is he's from the minority in Bauchi and can't even become the Governor there cos he's from a minority group.

Majority presidential votes in that place would go to Buhari though. Some of his people in PDP are voting Buhari. They aren't voting Apc, they're voting Buhari.

I would rather you just say he is from a minority religion. Bauchi state is like 80% muslim and as such a christian cannot go far in politics beyond his constituency.

Otherwise, most ethnic groups in Bauchi state are minorities. There is no absolute ethnic majority in Bauchi state.
