Salamalaykum, please my brothers and sisters, is it right for a muslim to watch football matches especially the EPL games on tv? I want to know if there is any contradiction as regarding watching football matches because, me, i am a soccer lover and every weekends, i go to watch the EPL matches. I'm a fan of Chelsea fc. Though i always watch mine with caution, i leave when it is time for Sallat. So please, is there more to this as regarding islamic views for watching football for entartainment? Salamalaykum. |

There is no harm in watching football as long as you don't overdo it. You know, Islam is all about moderation. |
