What does Inec(international electoral commission) means when they say " cancellation of polling unit, if the numbers of registered voters surpass the number of votes counted in that particular polling unit".
These is actually a strategy to rig the electoral act, because there is no way that Inec can be all perfect to keep an updated records of all registered voters in each polling unit.
I say this act should be closely investigated.!!
