Currently Learning J.S but cant find anything in relation to restricting access to groups and an admin(something basically for a registration site) what aspect deals with this, Javascript,sql or what?  |

Javascript cannot handle such. It's a Client Side language, and handle only things at the browser level. You need a Server Side language, that can talk to a Database which keeps record of users when they signup and searches records when they attempt login! Some of the popular Server Side languages are PHP, JSP, ASP and some more! |

You need a server side language like PHP interacting with a database application like MySQL. |
