The election has come and gone. We congratulate the President elect, Muhammad Buhari on the victory at the just concluded 2019 election. We also look on to see how Abubakar Atiku seeks to fight the election result in court. Now that Buhari is now there again, I think he should look for ways to address;
1. Insecurity (especially in the North/Middle-belt)
2. Electricity.

What two things do you suggest Baba Buhari looks into first given his emergence as the returning president of Nigeria?

I agree with you. He should also try harder to give all Nigerians a sense of belonging. We need to heal the country. Too many angry people, some are even angry without knowing why.
