Please house, am not a first time dog owner but I lost my gsd to cold 'hands' of death November, 2018. Now, I want to start a new journey of another unique bond with a new friend(pet). I want a pet that is controllable, conscious (mild barker), and fearsome.
I had a GSD (PAIGE) and she had all these characteristics but I dont want a gsd again cause of the rate of 'impure' and 'fake' gsd's that are circulating and common in the market, thus, the market for GSD is no longer competitive or unique any longer.
Now am torn between getting a BOERBOEL, CAUCASIAN (my brothers choice) and a ROTTWEILER (my own choice), and more importantly I need *REAL LIFE OWNERS* view not some random online researcher....
Thank You.

none of those dogs you mentioned are easily controllable but with a good training system you can control them, since you said you're not a first time dog owner I guess you should know about socialising and training dogs.
boerbels and Caucasian's are not as active and agile as gsd's so if you're the kind of person that is used to doing strenuous activities with your dog they aren't the breeds for you. don't get me wrong, they are still strong and active but just not as energy filled as gsd's. they are also very strong dog's so you need a strong hand to control them, especially Caucasian's, they can be very dominant and stubborn sometimes.
I have a Caucasian and he can be a handful sometimes, even with all the training he still wants to play by his own rules sometimes. Caucasian's are also very good guard dog's, they have this character of being very friendly with their family but they can be deadly to outsiders. they make very good companions so they can double as pets and security dogs too if they are properly trained and socialised. as I'm typing now, my dog was lying down at my feet and begging for a tummy rub but someone was making noise too close to my gate and he jumped up in 1second and ran to the gate to bark at the person. they can switch from playful to aggressive when it's needed and when properly trained.
I don't have any first hand experience with rotts and boerbels tho so I'll leave that for another person to comment. goodluck

The first 2 pics shows Piper at 4months+ and the last 2 shows her at 3months+....

Please rate her and let me know if I am doing enough from her APPEARANCE, please.
She will be 5month on July 12.....

And I feel she's not big enough for a Caucasian, cause my egbons Caucasian is very fat but people still claim she's fat enough for a Caucasian and that she looks good enough but I need critical evaluations from nairaland people.....
The dog is just too stubborn, I won't recommend Caucasian for first time owners at all.
