In my Opinion, it depends on the nature of the project ans size, Most small project, the developer, (Application developer) handle UI and other Aesthetic matters along with the Coding(Functionality) of the application. While in large working environments, a UI developer may be designated to scheme a User Interface! And ensure the Interface is good enough for surfers/users to enjoy and appreciate the Application! |
