Here are different Categories of People and Their Chances of being possessed by the demons.. This thread will also enable you to know if you are possessed by demons... 1. These category of people have been in the church for decades without a single evidence of growth in Jesus. They don't care to grow or obey the Lord's teaching.. Jesus said, not everyone who calls me Lord Lord will enter the kingdom of heaven. Let's call these ones category 1. Can they be possessed by the demons? The answer is Yes. 2. Paul was writing to the church in Corinth where a lot of adultery and sexual perversions were being practiced. ..Malice, service for public shows and divisions. They were new converts and the process of sanctification just started in their lives.... This category of people are just ignorant, they may be new converts who are still getting to know God... Let's call these ones category 2. Can these be possessed by the demons? The answer is Yes.... But mostly, they are only being influenced by the demons.. Influence is different from possession. 3.the third are genuine children of God who obey God and have developed a relationship with God over time. ...... They have been schooled by the Holy Spirit for a while and have adapted to his rebuke.... They are filled with the Holy Spirit and are baptised by him. Yet, the process of sanctification is still ongoing... Generally, Sanctification is an ongoing process and it continues till death. ... Can these be possessed? The answer is No. Can they be influenced? The answer is Yes. 4. These ones do not know Jesus at all. These people do not know God since they don't know Jesus. This is biblical. Can these be possessed? The answer is Capital Yes. Can they be influenced? Of Course Yes. Let's continue with this teaching. |

Being Possessed means Demons living inside of you. Being influenced means demons suggesting thoughts to you from a distance. They do this to control you. Having looked at different categories of people, let's get more insight into the issue of demons.... The spirit of fear for example is not from God... For some reasons fear can creep in the life of a child of God due to demonic influence... Demonic influence, if not checked, can become a full blown demonic possession. An impure sexual thoughts Can be fully blown into demonic possession due to the spirit of fornication or adultery. Through obedience to God's words, influence from the devils can be discarded and submission to the Holy Spirit becomes stronger.... It is the grace and determination to live a holy life that separates a child of God from demonic possession. Demons will try by suggesting.... But a child of God won't yield. Anyone who cannot resist the influence of demons is prone to demonic possession.... Many people are so addicted to sex, porn, etc. .... it is no longer a one-off issue.... Let's look at it this way....this is the way demons operate... From demonic influence to obsession.... and from obsession to possession. |

There is natural anger..... and there is anger that has been taken over by a demon. If someone displays anger naturally but frequently, a demon of anger will sneak in unnoticed.. This is because a window of opportunity has been provided.... The anger then take a different turn. With the demon in place, Throwing of objects, destruction and intense violence will start. The secret is this. Any attitude that is not holy is an avenue for the demons to enter.... That attitude will then turn out for the worst. For instance, Phobias are intense fear that result in someone shaking violently with a pale countenance.... Most phobias are demonic. Paul was afraid at some point. Demons watch people and is able to identify a weak spot which provides a window for it to enter. A man who has had a rough day at work and had stayed a lot in the traffic will be tensed. Let's say he gets home and kids are running everywhere screaming... He yields to pressure and yell.. This is natural. If these continue, a demon will have studied this scene and wait patiently for a reoccurence. Whenever he displays this again, a demon sneaks in. Things turn out for the worst afterwards. Demons enter into a man when his defense is weak.... Drugs, porn, loss of loved ones, unforgiveness etc brings down a man's defense.... When drug becomes habitual and uncontrollable, a demon of usage has entered. Then, a demon of addiction, then a demon of anger, then a demon of I'll health then a demon of murder or suicide ..... Idolatry is one strong foothold that demons use to possess and afflict their victims. An idolater who bows down to a statue has traded his authority to the demons..... The statue that is made of wood has taken over dominion... The demons live in the man with express permission.... I know a man who is always wishing to see what is under the skirt of every woman.... The mind of a man is central and extremely important..... An untrained mind is deadly...it becomes stronghold of the devil. Untamed appetite for porn, sex, wealth, drug, recognition, knowledge, etc are dangerous avenue for demonic influence or possession as the case may be. No wonder the Bible says that we show renew our minds with the word of God. Demons of sickness, diseases and infirmities enter during the time of sinning.... Jesus told the man that was bound by the spirit of infirmities... He said... Go and sit no more.... Else, a worst thing will happen to you.... Don't forget that Jesus had told us that if a demon goes out of a man, he goes around looking for a place of rest..... This place of rest could be another man who is vulnerable....if the demon could not find any place, He returns to his former house with other seven deadlier demons.... If the man's mind is empty and neat, all the eight demons enter and the end of the person becomes worst than the beginning. An idolater should take note of this saying of Jesus....you should know that the demons do not stay in woods or any statue.... Deliverance from demons is a systematic process if a man of her higher authority will pray on behalf of the victim. God's children have been saddled with the responsibility of casting out demons and the authority to do this has been given by Jesus. Many people are possessed while a lot are influenced. However, deliverance can be simplified if God does it himself. Some people prayed and God drove out the demons in them by himself as a way of answering the prayer. 1 Like |

People are filled with demons... Anyone sleeping with a sex doll is already possessed. Today, I saw on a front page that children sex dolls are now available.... It is meant to cure people who are pedophiles... Can you imagine this? Demons will always want to be satisfied by requesting for more..... Sleeping with a child sex doll will not solve the problem.... More pedophiles will be born and they will crave the real thing ...... I spoke with a bassist in my church.... He practiced Astra projection and succeeded... I counseled him that he has exposed himself to demons.. He replied.... " I know '" Many people are possessed because of their quest to seek knowledge.... Anyone who is able to do what the physical body cannot do naturally is aided by demons.... That's witchcraft in a simpler form. A witch does the same thing.... He or she sleeps and leaves his body to go somewhere and do havoc. Just run to Jesus. Else, by the time that demon is done with you, you will be long dead. Take a look at this... From harmless watching of porn... you graduate to sleeping with single ladies ....then to married women.... to animals...... Then to children...... After which you think about using adult sex dolls or children sex dolls .. ....and one day, the husband of the married woman meets you on his wife.... you are then hacked to death. Let's talk about the problem of deliverance. One might be delivered and then he becomes worst.... Jesus told us that when a demon leaves a man, he goes looking for a place of rest like a zombie.... Then, he comes back to his. Former house.... If it is clean and EMPTY, he comes back with SEVEN More Deadlier Demons... ...then the person's case becomes worst. kudos to you but you are wrong that child of God can be possessed by a demon Spirit. Even if he or she is a baby Christian they can't be possessed by demon spirit but as you said can be influenced from outside. the bible said resist the devil and he will flee from you. the best way to deal with demonic manipulation is to rest them by prayer , fasting sing songs of praises and the word of God. Avoid things that opposes God either through movies, songs television programs. Always use the word of God to counter the devil not your logic or reasoning. increase your praying time and frequency. As we get towards the end of the world demonic attacks will be ferocious and persistent. watch and pray. |

Aaronsrod: You see living a holy life as difficult ..... But it has become a lifestyle of some people. Holiness is not what you painted there. . Holiness is God's grace given to man, by his spirit, through the blood of Jesus. Once the Holy Spirit takes over a man's life, he becomes possessed by holiness..... Every other aspects just follow. That's why holiness is a lifestyle to those who have been schooled by the Holy Spirit. |
