Very good. INEC should stop the use of Card Reader for the March 9 Gubernitorial Election to prevent the type of Rigging that took place in the "K" States, Borno, Yobe and Zamfara. The same Trick those States used with the Chibox and Dapchi Girls. And they thought that the World was not watching. |
