It doesn't
The client jus wants a high building
Y some people propose 2Courses is coz the wanna maintain the height in the design but this is the height specified by the design consultants

What would be the height of the beam to be used for the concrete fascia if that's the case?

Smiles
We actually proposed 3.3m from the ground level to the apex, our fascia slab (Parapet) beam also known as Roof beam takes the depth of the first cantilever subtracting what's left & adding 8" to it

So are you going to run a fourth course on the internal walls or you'll be using beams(coping)on them?

We did concrete parapet using Reinforced concrete while we got our hardwood in Abeokuta with solighum & kerosene for painting it.

Wood for parapet just a lil over 100k
Wood for roof loggings with transport close to 450k minus solighum & kerosene
We using Milano roof tiles (New Zealand) @ 2500 per Sqm.

How good is this Milano roof tiles with respect to colour fading?

Milano is a stone coated roof tile, We getting the New Zealand make!... The materials for the new Zealand stone coated tiles are the same, the design on it is what differentiates it & the design we chose is Milano!...

We are sure of a 30Years warranty when we purchase it
