Most people (mostly ignorant folks) think the court(supreme) can be bought over.

The supreme court doesn't count opinion of the judges or victims, what they need is verifiable evidences to prove a case.

Atiku will definitely get his mandate or the court will order inec to conduct another election in a given date.

What atiku need is good amount of evidence to back off his claims

“Atiku foresaw the rigging so he dispatched hidden cameras with satellite services.
There are now all evidence against Buhari and INEC.
His US forensic experts are busy assembling all electronic evidences.
During his trip to US, he contracted experts with the latest satellite technology and the assembled facts are almost ready.
The US has interestingly snubbed the election results.
Atiku is now heading to court with indisputable facts. What an expensive venture but he got the money anyway.
The likely end result is the cancellation of elections in some states that gave Buhari victory. The court will likely declare Atiku winner.
This will not be the first time the court is doing so in Nigerian politics.
Buhari has sent a high level delegation to meet Atiku for negotiations. He has given his conditions and the delegation has presented them to Buhari.
We keep an eye on the drama as it unfolds.

like I wrote earlier, the supreme court doesn't count judges opinion.

Mohammed tanko is one of the many judges needed to pass a judgement

Re: Atiku Is Likely To Win In Court by netpro(m): 8:23am On Mar 05, 2019
Atiku is going nowhere. The best he can get is the cancellation of few polling units and wards he can prove beyond reasonable doubt, backed up with evidence and witnesses that have no vested interest.

After that, the next question will be are the votes affected sufficient to cancel the over 3million votes gap between Buhari and Atiku?

Note that if Atiku prove for instance, that Okota was affected, it does not cancel the results from the rest of Lagos - only those wards will be considered.

the sharia man can't pass a judgement on this case without the votes of his colleagues. Peter odii wife is one of them.

If atiku present enough evidence, tanko can't do anything about it

Atiku should head to court without any delay. Injustice is much on the land. I have strong evidence against the APC in the just concluded Presidential and National Assembly Election.

Case of aboki vs aboki, don't worry they will settle it out of court with plea of bargain. In as much as atiku is gathering evidence, baba n efcc are digging old archives to bring out his dirty dealings.

Bro, there is nothing to explain here ; it is obvious to every person who can reason things : why would Ibrahim Tanko (the newly sworn CJN) present himself to be sworn in by the President knowing fully well the process it takes to swear in a new CJN ( remember that Justice Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed was part of an NJC panel that sanctioned Justice Obisike Orji of Abia State for allowing himself to be sworn -in as Abia State Chief Judge by the state’ s governor without the recommendation of the NJC.)?Does this not show that there is a certain kind of compromise between the new CJN and the president ?

let's say tanko is compromised.

He can't do anything if atiku present a huge evidence (which he has and APC knows it).

He's just one of the many judges so his opinion doesn't count

grin grin let see na. I will laugh you here. You think APC wasn't aware of the Dubai strategy. They saw that earlier that was even one of the reason why election was postponed.
