USD/NAIRA SWAP PROCEDURE:

*1. CASH:*

* Buyer and Selling Company COO meet at Buyer's choice of Ecobank or Unity bank.
* Buyer transfer naira equivalent of the amount he is picking in $USD, into the Provider's Naira account and block it.
* Once the transfer is confirmed, within the hour, USD$ cash is brought to the bank while buyer and selling Company COO are still in the bank.
* Buyer counts and confirm $USD OK, releases seller's blocked Naira, commission is paid and transaction ends.


*2. INFLOW*

* selling Company's COO will be in the bank with Buyer, naira transfer is made into provider's naira account and blocked.
* Seller confirms the transfer and effect the transfer of $USD into the buyer's Dom acct immediately. This is confirmed and agents are paid.

*NOTE:*
*Seller will not reveal the account housing the $USD or brings cash to the bank prior to the transfer of Naira.*
*We don't sell to abokis.*
*Seller has only Ecobank and Unity bank to receive naira.*
*we do a minimum of $1m in both cases.*

*Our current rate is N358 less N5 per $, subject to change without notice.*


*Offshore to Offshore*

We also do offshore to offshore transfer
N350/5 per $.

Buyer blocks fund in seller's naira account here, in addition, seller gives buyer a cheque to the tune of the amount he paid into seller's bank. Buyer's offshore account is credited within 72 hours maximum. Acct unblocked, cheque returned and agents are paid.
