Jackson Ude took to his twitter account to make some calculation about the 2019 presidential election.

Buhari scored a total of 15,191,847, Atiku scored 11,262,978 votes, INEC chair said 29,364,209 voters were accredited, while the valid votes cast were 27,324,583, total rejected votes 1,289,607, total votes cast 28,614,190.This means 1.6 million Votes missing in the register,

Must be the number of cancelled votes in some polling units.
There's a difference between cancelled votes and rejected votes
