The Government can decide to take over the land and ask Obasanjo to remove his library from there.

The land on both stretches of that road belongs to the Government and only public structures are there. Federal High Court behind, Stadium ahead, Federal Sars across the road.

I'm proud of Obasanjo on this singular act. He built a library not a CATTLE COLONY for us in Abeokuta.

The question here is, can the FG manage it without ruining the place in a few years?

Sir, don't ask this question. Obasanjo is not in trouble. Nothing bad is about to befall him. To think that Obasanjo is in trouble or President Buhari will deal with him, is big illusion and a pipe dream

It is categorically wrong to say OOPL is poorly managed, it is arguably the most visited place in Abk. And it is mostly controlled by the private partners. Even the pics you attached is that of green legacy hotel inside the library so what is he talking about

How did this man manage to become a prof despite how far common sense is from him? He always talk before thinking.
The question is, how well has the FG managed NNPC despite being an enormous revenue generating firm?

Just pay a visit to one of the National Libraries and see how is being managed, the books there are dusty and old.The ones you have now you can barely manage them yet you are looking for more.

Sagay should go and sit down. Sounding like a true patriot but driven by his own selfish interest.

Calling someone who is bigger enough to be your great grand father "animal'' sound somehow...you may have your root from gorilla or monkey and from that area where legs are use to waken their elders from sleep.

Not only should it be taken over, it should be renamed and Obasanjo should be vilified for breaking the law. Building a presidential library in his own name while he was the still the president of Nigeria. That's the height of insanity and a textbook case of egomania.

One of the sad aftereffects of Buhari's reelection is that we would have to endure lunatics like this Sagay for another 4 years. But that's not gonna happen. Atiku would reclaim his mandate very shortly.
