A newly appointed public servant was setting up himself in his new office. As he sat at his desk for the first time, he discovered that his predecessor had left him three envelops along with instructions that they should be opened in sequencial order in times of distress only.

Before Long, the man was in trouble with the press, so he decided to open the first envelope. The note said, "blame your predecessor" So that,s what he did.

For a while things went smothly. But a few months later, he was in trouble again, so he opened the second envelope. The note said, "Re-organise" so he did just that.

That brought peace for a while and bought him more time,but he totally failed to tackle the issues causing the problem, he ended up in trouble again, and this time it was a bigger problem. In desperation, he opened the last envelope.

Laxity is a very good companion of procrastination, infact they hardly journey alone some time we like to tell ourselves that the reason we did not tackle an issue yesterday is because we actually did not like to do that thing. But the truth is that man generally have the instict for free and easy things, that is why few are highly descipline.

Common Guys. I believe non of you want to "Prepare three envelopes" yet, so today make it a point of duty to tackle that issue as it applies to you today.

Why would you do this?

1. Because you dont know what very important good issue will happen along your way tomorrow that this less one of today, though less can ruin.
