The Nigerian Army Division 6 has taken over the Port Harcourt Collation Center in a bid to alter and manipulate results coming from Rivers State also combined team of international observers have been barred by soldiers from accessing INEC Nigeria Port Harcourt Office by soldiers bent on doctoring results and subverting the will of Rivers people.
