The number of registered voters as released by Inec showed that the owerri zone leads. The number of registered voters in owerri and Mbaise that has 6 LGAs between them is enough to make up for 10 LGAs in orlu zone. Now add mbaitolu that has the highest number of registered voters.

May be if the Owerri people sat Rochas down and adviced him not to ignore and neglect the Orlu people, in all of his 8years term as Imo gov, and distributed all of the his infrastructure evenly, just may be the Orlu people would have been accomodating.
