Please, does anyone know how to do form activation by email using php & mysql?

your post is kinda ambiguous but i think i can help

what u probably mean is user activation thru email to prevent fake and repeated regisrtations

what u need to do is to call up or place a php script on the activation request page
the function of the script is to mail the link of a php file with variables which when clicked by the user will take him to an activation page wt variables to be used in a php activation script
