4gb ram and above
Very good battery probably 4000mah above.(Heavy user)
Probably support glo 4G
9.0 update
FHD display
Good camera
Fast processor.
Flat and slim body

I'm scared of all those phones. I read some reviews that they get very hot with too much pressing and I'm not sure about how good there battery is.

Your best buy would be Huawei nova 3i- Kirin 710 chipsetc amazing display and build quality, good camera and the likes. Also consider Huawei honor play or honor 10.
Anyways if you add 10k you can get a Xiaomi Pocophone F1, amazing value for money, Snapdragon 845, 4gb ram 64 or 128gb storage. Decent display but not so lovely build quality (all sacrificed for the Snapdragon 845 chipset)

Then add 10k and get Pocophone F1, has up to 4000mah battery and a very good processor to to optimize it, I'm pretty sure that it will receive android 9 update...
