When is it that when things happen, most of you guys will resort to saying "because you are in usa". Him being in the US, does that mean he's better that you? Is it not people like you patronizing him that makes him to pay bills?

To be honest, even if you are in the USA with him, you can't touch him, police can't arrest him. Police will tell you to charge him court as it's a civil case.
