Position:Country Brand Manager


Requirement:

Development of strategies, promotional campaigns and programs, through maximizing customer insights and ensuring maximum patient impact:
Align to global strategies as appropriate
Provide accurate analysis of data for each brand, to support proposed strategy
Ensure the brands are being managed according to life cycle requirements
Take responsibility for brand requirements in the various channels and deliver the correct content to fulfill the promotional requirements within those channels (eg: script generation at doctor level, retail messaging etc)
Develop plans and core materials in line with the tactical plan (supporting the channel strategies):
Drive cross-functional brand leadership through the core brand team
Take accountibility for ensuring that all content and/or promotion materials and items for promotional purposes are delivered timeously
Review pricing and make recommendations for yearly SEP increases; tender opportunities and price reduction – depending on market dynamics, working closely with H&V (Health and Value function, who oversee pricing)
Advance proposals for major strategy change to senior management
Alignment across functions and stakeholder management:

Qualification:

2 – 5 years pharmaceutical experience
1 – 2 years marketing experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proficiency in English
Technical Skills Requirements
Expected Technical skills required and/or preferred.

Position:Medical Representative

Requirement:


The candidate will be responsible executing the business strtaegy in the Northern territory. Jobs at this level work with some support from manager/colleagues/field trainers.
They are competent at planning and organizing so as to meet business plan objectives. Some involvement in project work may be required.

Diagnosis of situation of territory e.g. local politics, PCG’s, local initiatives leading to subsequent design and implementation of territory business plan to achieve business objectives.
Production of workable business plan with objectives.
Business plan implemented/updated as necessary.
Achievement of objectives outlined in plan.
Demonstration that territory knowledge has been acted on.
Market Intelligence:

Position:Regulatory Affairs Administrator
Requirement:

Minute taking whe:re required.
Arranging Team Events where required.
General administrative duties including Faxing, photocopying, scanning, sorting and distributing post.
Ordering and maintaining department stationery stocks.
Sending packages via Courier and tracking where required.
Electronic Filing of Regulatory Documentation.
Processing Financial requests using various Pfizer systems.
Assisting with Department specific system requests.
Qualification:

Minimum of 2-3 years of undergraduate training in sciences.
Demonstrates good administrative skills.
Expresses ideas and information clearly, creatively and persuasively when speaking and writing.
Ability to manage own time effectively.
Must be self-motivated to achieve high quality results within defined timeframes.
Skills:

Proficient in the Microsoft Word packages and Outlook.
Organizational Relationships:

Collaborating and interacting with Country Regulatory Managers, Commercial, Sales, Medical and Supply chain teams.
