Car (motion) sickness is a common problem faced by many people. Motion sickness is caused by a disagreement between the eyes and the inner ear. The inner ear tells the brain that the body is moving, but the eyes say that the body is motionless. This conflict leads to the many symptoms of motion sickness. Though there is no cure for this problem, there are some ways to make it less unpleasant.
here are some tips:

(1)Sit in the front seat of a car : this works like magic .Doctors believe that motion sickness is caused by a conflict between what your eyes are seeing and how your body is interpreting the motion of a vehicle, which uses signals originating in your inner ear to sense balance. For example, if your eyes see the car seat in front of you but your body feels the curves and speed of the road, your inner ear might be thrown off. This then leads to the nausea and dizziness so typical of carsickness. To avoid this feeling, try to have your eyes focused on the road in front of you so that your eyes and your body can interpret the same information.

(2) Block your view : Often, car sickness is caused by motion outside the car. For this reason, you may find relief when you block your view Simply closing your eyes may help, especially if you can fall asleep. Sleeping through your motion sickness can also work wonders for car passengers. You won't be aware of the differences between your visual information and the signals your body is sending because your eyes will be closed. Many people find that sleeping is the best way to get through a long car trip without motion sickness.

(3) don't eat anything before traveling or eat something light: although its fine to eat something light before traveling e.g cracker , ginger ,banana this will settle the acid in your stomach that cause car sickness but to get the best result I suggest you go on an empty stomach because even when you want to throw up (vomit) nothing will come out. note: even if you can't go on any empty stomach try eating some light. eating heavy meals is not advisable

(4) put down the books, phones, and devices: Car sickness is worsened when you are concentrating on a visual object that is within the car instead of outside the car. Staring at a book, a phone game, a kindle, or a tablet can heighten the mismatch between your eyes and the rest of your body. To prevent car sickness, make sure the only objects you focus your eyes on are outside of the car, on the horizon in front of you.

(5)Take frequent breaks: this should apply to driver and passenger, Go outside stretch your legs. Sit on a bench or under a tree and take some deep breaths in through your mouth to help relax. This is especially important during journeys that involve a long distance of curvy roads. Not only does stopping frequently help alleviate car sickness, but it is also good for the driver to take a break every once in a while. Resume driving when you feel alert and when your dizziness and nausea pass.

(6) ginger products: Some people benefit from ginger products to alleviate motion sickness. You can try ginger chews, ginger ale, ginger cookies, and many other ginger products. If you are prone to motion sickness, keep one or more of these products on hand to take if you should become sick.

(7).
Try to relax: When in the car it's important to try not to get too anxious. Stay calm and try not to think about being carsick. You are more likely to get carsick if you are thinking about it all the time. [1
Distract yourself by listening to music.
If you can drift off to sleep, this is one sure-fire way to avoid car sickness.

(coolconsider visiting your doctor:If you suffer from acute car sickness, there are some drugs that your doctor can prescribe for you. Go and see them and explain your symptoms. If you travel a lot, your doctor may encourage you to learn how to control your symptoms without medication.
Many drugs are available over the counter, so you can talk to your pharmacist before seeing youR DOCTOR.
so you can try any of the tip one might suit you and work for you. I hope this gets to FP to make it more accessible.
