Looming disaster! This building is located at Ojo Giwa, opposite Jankara Police Station in Lagos Island. The building foundation has experienced tipping settlement which is beyond the maximum allowable settlement. It was reported that this particular building was marked for demolition by the Lagos State government some years back. Till date, the building still stands. God bless you so much oo...this is what we citizens should be doing. I'm seated here and wondering how controlled a demolition our Nigerian squad can muster in bringing down this calamity waiting to happen without taking down the buildings in between which it is sandwiched.
