PRESS RELEASE BY IKALE IN LAGOS FOR BOS ON THE JUST CONCLUDED GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION IN LAGOS STATE.
.... May we use this medium to appreciate all our committed members and teaming supporters for the success recorded in the last Saturday’s election the 9th of March 2019. We thank God for the peaceful conduct of the election and the success recorded at the poll. Not only that our PARTY APC and candidates BABAJIDE OLUSOLA SANWO OLU AND DR FEMI HAMZAT won in the election but won with a very wide margin. This unprecedented victory can only be attributed to the resolute and committed party faithfuls and the resilient, determination and avowed loyalty of the IKALE’s in Lagos. Once again, we say Congratulations to the APC LEADERSHIP in Lagos for a job well done.
The indefatigable efforts of the Incoming Governor and His highly spirited and committed campaign team is highly commendable and worthy of the success achieved. This we in the platform attested to during our interactive session with the Governor elect- His Excellency, BabaJide Olusola Sanwo Olu , The Deputy Governor elect - Dr Femi Hamzat and the APC LEADERSHIP in Lagos ably led by Chief Tunde Balogun in their secretariat offices in December 2018 and January 2019 respectively.
The IKALE COMMUNITY in Lagos particularly appreciate the fact that under your all inclusive leadership, Lagos shall be moved to a greater height.
We equally as ever commend the unrivaled leadership always provided by our National leader and the ever undefeated oracle of Lagos Politics H-E ASIWAJU BOLA AHMED TINUBU, the Jagaban General Of Africa for his leadership prowess and unwavering supports for the progression of the South West and Lagos in particular and our dear country Nigeria in General. Sir, your quality leadership and avowed philosophy and principles of inclusiveness in governance remain a case Study in modern Nigeria politics and governance .
Finally we Congratulate our Governor elect His Excellency BabaJide Olusola Sanwo Olu, Our Duty Governor elect, Dr Femi Hamzat, the Chairman of our great party in Lagos state, Chief Tunde Balogun and the entire leadership of the our party for this Historic Victory.
