*review of financial requirements on new business product requests for the accounting design and required reports applicable to the operating to the operating systems and data feeding into corporate accounting systems
* manage internal controls and processes for system financial data audits and validation inquiries
*work within the scope of the department's policies ,processes and procedures to analyse and ensure all financial transactions are accurately captured.
*working closely with the financial supervisor to ensure that both new and existing financial features / transactions/ reports on the system are properly utilized.
*continuously monitor and manage the improvement of financial features and reports

*implementation of audit plan
*to prepare individual audit plan, monthly audit plan,n and risk based annual internal audit plan
*to advise and supervise the audit activities carried out by the audit team / field auditors as per the annual audit plan
* drive prompt resolution of audit issues raised
*carry out risk assessment
*management of external auditor activities
*provide process improving recommendations
*year on year improvement in external survey rating reports
*investigation of all reported incident
*prepare periodic audit reports

*optimum utilization of production materials , time and manpower
* ensure that safety guides and regulations are strictly adhered to on production lines
* manage production staff and ensure on the job training and assessment of operators and operatives
*monitoring and organizing maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime
ensure achievement of production plan work strictly according to the company requirements for optimal safety, hygiene and protection of the environment
*keep up to date with latest trends in the food service industry and work with the team to introduce new ideas regularly
*to handle customers feedback and investigation
*conducting self audit and ensure daily stock taking of products produced
*ready to work long hours to ensure production targets are achieved
*highly experienced in all NAFDAC and SON rules and regulations to avoid sanction
*all other production functions as required.
