BPSR outlines five (5) factors to national economic development ahead of a proposed booming economy for Nigerians :

It is now very easy to do business in Nigeria. This was contained in the address delivered by the director general of the BPSR Mr. D. I. Arabi to journalists in the Fct abuja during the special workshop organized for members of the public service and private sector.

The BPSR boss told the press that primary global objective of the executive order 001 which was signed on the 18th of may by the vice president to provide courage for the values of a five main planks with direct benefits for Nigerian business as a proof of the federal government's determination to ease Nigerian business environment.
The five main planks of the executive order are 1. Transparency (obtaining permit licences) 2. Default approvals (fees and timelines), 3. One government, 4. Ports operations (trading across borders), and 5. Entry and exit experience of travelers and visitors.

Mr. D. I. Arabi also said the 001 executive order will increase the competitiveness of the country's economies, thereby contributing to economic growth in all it's ramifications.

He said it is widely recognized that since the implementation of the executive order 001 fro! 2017, NIGERIA has made some potential and appreciable progress to reduce administrative burdens in the registration of new businesses, and also increased the transparency of dealing wit construction permits by publishing all relevant regulations , fees schedules and pre application requirements online.
