These are the Govts own prosecution witnesses o. And the Govt could only call 3 witnesses all of whom contradicted all what the FG were using to prosecte the CJN both in court and in the media.

He said he didn't declare it at the time he was supposed to do some in 2005, not that he underdeclared or he left out anything.

A lot of Govt officials also do so.

it's not about what he declared, it's about what he didn't declare. He can declare 5 houses, but what stops him from owning 10 more that are not captured.in his assets declaration form?

Since they have not done verification, how did they know he has more than 5 houses?

Added to that, according to CCB act, CCB is even supposed to remind him if he didn't declare on time to do so which they never did.
