General naptu2 sef.. I was thinking of two things before reading this crap. 1. Takeover 2. Disbandment of all operations in the interior of the country. Alas, i read with so much disappointment See how the army conceded to the police in point 2 See the fake information in point 4 See how they targetted Okorochas' Imo State as case study in point 5 - what about Borno? 3 Likes 1 Share |

A father is not just a sperm donor. He: 1. Cares for their mother. 2. Changes diapers. 3. Plays with his kids. 4. Pays their tuition. 5. Attends parent - teacher conferences. 6. Reads to his kids 7. Helps with homework (school) and housework. Are you a father or a sperm donor? ************************************************************************************************************ African parents claim to know everything until it's time to operate their smartphones. 3 Likes 1 Share |

too late . the NA is trying to safe face. shame, The NAF and Navy have my respect because they respected themselves but such cant be said of the NA. The Nigerian Army under Buratai is a sham. what i don t understand is how Buratai who was a discipline and professional army officer while he was the brigade commander in Ph has been bastardized by Bubu since his emergence as the COAS 5 Likes |

Where is the apology for the attitudes of the "overzealous" personnel? Where is the acknowledgement that you, particularly the NA did not get it right in most cases during this recently concluded elections? Where is the apology to the Nigerian masses, especially the NYSC corpers who were brutalized ? Where is the paragraph detailing the lessons learnt? Where is the paragraph detailing what you would do different during the supplementary elections since you, the NA, are now APC's security outfit? How do you intend to address this problem moving forward? Where is the ownership of the roles played in the demise of GEJ's free and fair election policy - if there is one thing the entire nation agreed is that under GEJ, elections were free and fair, violence free and minimal disruptions. The only way change will come is when you first acknowledge that there is a problem, acknowledge your role in the problem and only then can you honestly put in places measures to tackle the problem 4 Likes |

Nigerian army on a good day no send anybori! They can kill or brutalise innocent citizens without recourse to the law, no apologies afterwards. If Amnesty likes it should cry to high heavens, the army and their commander in chief can pay deaf ears to any accuser. That is why no bori should take this press statement seriously. It is so unusual, unexpected, un-nigerian. We don't yet know the trigger but in the coming days we will. Nigerian army never seeks credibility, they just carry on like zombies. 1 Like |

obinoral1179: Paragraph 7. 7. We assure the general public that investigation is ongoing on security personnel who might have conducted themselves inappropriately during the last elections and appropriate sanctions will be meted out to those found culpable. However, it may be too early and too premature to apportion blames and out- rightly indict anyone or group before exhaustive investigations are concluded. Particularly we want to single out the alleged encroachment of INEC collation centre in Rivers State reportedly by some soldiers. This is considerably a very serious matter and of concern to the military as well as the police top hierarchy. Consequently, the military and the police high commands have ordered a thorough investigation of this incident and other isolated cases. Already, several of the video footages that are in circulation on social and online media platforms have been compiled to assist in the investigations. |
