The constitution states that elections must be held not later than 30 days to the expiration of the governor's tenure.i know that if this deadline is not met,the speaker will be sworn in by 29 may.but will there be fresh polls or inec will continue from where they stopped before 30th may? If there's fresh polls,will there be new primaries? Lawyers and constitutional experts,please contribute |
