Apparently, some Nigerians are still salty about the open net goal Yakubu Aiyegbeni missed in the 2010 FIFA World Cup.


The miss at point blank has been famously referred to as the "worst World Cup miss ever" but one would think people have gotten over it after almost 9 years. Apparently not.

@tolusaba narrated what happened when his driver saw Aiyegbeni jogging in their estate this morning.


He tweeted: 'I just saw Yakubu Aiyebgeni jogging around the estate. Crazy, I had this driver make a U-turn just so I could be sure he was the one. Driver said “No be him Bleep us up for World Cup, make I jam am?”'
