Adeleke is fighting a lost battle except he include why the election was declared inconclusive and rerun in the election then he could be giving the judicial review a balance sight but if all these aren't his stances then is a lost battle

Jiga2019:
Dis adeleke should relax n go for maltina dance hall

Relax about what? He is undertaken his constitutional right so pls drop that dancing nonsense talk this is politics. Afterall he is using his money and beg no one for assistant beside if it were apc they will do worst.

Every sane person who belief in his right can or must fight for it. How apc won Osun was a yahoo election if even Adeleke lost the challenge in court I still respect him for at least putting up a *Just*fight back via court of law to challenge the yahoo election ok.

It is practically impossible for PDP to win this case bearing in mind the structural and moral deficiency of today judiciary under APC Government.

Adeleke would lose woefully.
He would appeal and lose too.
Then the Supreme Court would ruin him fully

Those clowns supporting him can now wail themselves to death.

Update
The Tribunal cancelled the result of 17 polling units thereby deducting 2227 from APC votes and 1246 votes from PDP votes.

APC 255,505 - 2227 = 253,278
PDP 255,023 - 1246 = 253,777

Osun State Gubernatorial Election Pet‎ition Tribunal:

Whatever the Tribunal's ruling is, the ruling can be appealed at the appellate court. Luckily, whatever the court of appeal's judgement is, Supreme Court is the last court of instance in this legal battle.

In the Rivers State 2015 election petition, Dakuku Peterside won at the tribunal; won at the Appeal Court, while Nyesom Wike eventually won at the Supreme Court. Today, Wike is still serving as the Executive Governor of Rivers State.

As it is the common practice,
status quo ante will be maintained in this regard. Therefore, Gboyega Oyetola remains the Executive Governor of the State of Osun till the last ruling of the Supreme Court. That is the position of the law.
