The supplementary election that took place in Bauchi state, was collated and announced earlier today by the returning officer Prof. Kyari. It was a thug of war between the APC candidate, Bar. M.A Abubakar (the incumbent Governor) and the PDP candidate, Sen. Bala Muhammad (Former minister of the FCT) The election held in 36 poling units across 15 L.G.As in the state. It shows that the PDP garnered a total of 6376 votes, while the ruling party in the state got 5117 votes. The final announcement will be done tomorrow after that of Tafawa-balewa L.G.A is resolved in the court. No one has the right to declare the winner until tomorrow. Any one caught publicly celebrating/jubilating will be apprehended. The breakdown is as follows: LGA. PDP.
