Senator Dino Melaye of the Peoples Democratic Party, shares new post as he says Nigeria Universities should learn from INEC. Gistvic Reports.

Dino said if the number of course failure is more than pass, the course should be declared inconclusive and supplementary examination conducted within 21 days. Gistvic Reports.

What I don't understand is how a lecturer can fail or dismiss a student for examination malpractice but same lecturer alter with figures so that a failing candidate can emerge as a winner in an election.
