This is too much. Haba! What kind of disgrace is this.I know what he did is not good but why unclade him.a different punishment would have been better.this can make him commit suicide if he can't bear the shame & humiliation.

There is a relationship between poverty and backwardness. Look at the quality of the people there, the building and environment. Agreed that the poor boy stole, is it enough reason for them to met out this kind of punishment?
