Have you heard of the Newby-McMahon Building commonly referred to as "world littlest skyscraper" in Texas? They got funding in 1919 saying it would be 480 tall. Investors assumed they meant 480 feet but it was labelled 480 inches in the blueprints. The investor sued and lost: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/World%27s_littlest_skyscraper
