Young burglar displays how he entered a house to steal phones on Sunday. This was made known when Ben Sunday as known on facebook shared photos and videos of the ugly event.

Regardless of what they have done,which I do not support. It is wrong to use cuffs on such minors. It's unacceptable. They say you are a product of the system where you are found. As a Nigerian, I'm not surprised. I don't blame them because they are a product of the system; the Nigerian system.
