einsteine:

Nonsense talk. Nitel was an inefficient organization. If there were no other Telecom's companies, these money won't go to Nitel because Nigerians won't have phones or participate on the internet. Are you aware that Benin Republic and Ghana were already using mobile phones as at 1992 while inefficient Nitel were holding sway in Nigeria?

. Mind the way you address people .Opinions on matters vary and everybody is entitled to his opinion. You have to learn how to tolerate people's opinion .That is maturity...Back to your reaction, NITEL was horrible then I agree with you.Who made it an eyesore ?Were they not our leaders then? I temeber how good NITEL was until they started KILLING it. Even MTEL introduced by NITEL did not survive....If Benin and Ghana were using mobile networks why did our government then not restructure our communication system then ? Since they privatised NEPA what has been the benefits? This is the legacy they have left for us in their myopic inglorious self centered 16 year reign.
