Just In: INEC Gives Certificate of Return to El-Rufai , Assembly Members https://dailynewstimeng.com/2019/03/28/just-in-inec-presents-certificate-of-return-to-el-rufai-kaduna-assembly-members/ The National Independent Electoral Committee (INEC) has issued Certificate of Return to winners of the 2019 Kaduna Guber election and House of Assembly members. The winner of the Kaduna governorship election and the sitting Governor , Malam Nasir El-Rufai of the All Progressives Congress, (APC) was presented with Certificate of Return along side the Deputy Governor -elect ,Hajiya Hadiza Balarabe . According to the INEC National Commissioner Covering Kaduna, FCT, Niger and Plateau , Professor Anthonia Okosi ,Kaduna before the election was regarded as one the risk states ,but the election turned out to be one of the most peaceful ,because there were violence and crisis recorded . The INEC Commissioner , who congratulated El-Rufai and all elected House of Assembly members urged all presented with Certificate of Return to do more for the people . Details later ....... |
