Position: Operations Manager, Cars & Drivers
Job Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

-To recruit, verify, train and manage partner drivers for Uber/Taxify or full time

-Manage our growing fleet of cars on Uber/Taxify platform

-Ensure each registered driver is properly verified and screened before allocating a car to him or posting him to a job

-Ensure all drivers remit their weekly pay as at when due

-Ensure each step of the verification procedure is strictly adhered to and would be held responsible when something goes wrong due to oversight of duties

-Would ensure all cars coming into the company conform to Uber/Taxify standards and must subject them to proper testing using Pukena accedited auto mechanics to ensure they are of optimal performance

-Would liaise with our service partners: auto mechanics, FRSC, car dealers, etc to ensure smooth flow of work

-Must have a minimum 5 years driving experience

-Experience with car maintenance would be a huge advantage

Salary: Very Attractive with performance bonuses
