Hi Forumites,

I  recently (late  March)  applied  for  an  Engineering  advert  at  TOTAL (advert came  out in  Tuesday  Guardian  and  was  on  their  website  also). I  recently  got  an  e-mail  inviting  me  for  an  interview  but it  seemed  a  bit  strange.
The  message  said  they  are  pleased  to  let  me  know  that  I  will  be  invited  for  an  interview  with  some of  their  Managers  and  they  will  let  me  know  the  date  and  time  in  a  few  more  weeks;  nothing  more.  No  reference  to  a  test  or  ay  other  details  on  how  the  interview will  be. They also  said  I  should  get  in  touch  if  I  have  any  questions.

I  want  to  ask  Forumites:

Is  there  anyone  out  there  who  has  received  a  similar  invitation?
Is  there  anyone  out there  who  has  interviewed  with  TOTAL  recently?
What  is  the  usual  form of  TOTAL's  recruitment  process?
Will  it be  proper  for  me  to  e-mail  them  asking  for  further  details  at  this  stage  or  should  I  just  wait  for  their  next message?
