The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment, benefits and compensation, performance management, training and development as well as general administrative functions of the firm.

Candidate must:
- be over 35 years old
- have a minimum of 8 years experience in similar role
- have great leadership and innovative skills

Candidate with masters degree preferred.
