I don't think it is. Those duty paid value listed there is the price of the car plus the duty paid on them, not the duty alone.

I made that earlier post because the duty paid value for those listed cars seem to tally with what's obtainable in local market for foreign used cars. If that's not the case, I find it surprising that Toyota (a budget friendly car manufacturing company) now makes armoured vehicles.

well i guess it might be a second hand Armored highlander, even at that it's might be new, if you are super rich or politician and you don't want to be followed by your escorts all the time, it's better you get a highlander that is Armored not to raise highbrows when you move around discreetly.
