Armored vehicle of N9m
that's the custom duty value, all you need do is multiply that by 3 and add the 9m to get the real value, that is 27m which is the value landing at the port or paid from wherever it was brought in plus 9m=36m....its the Royce that blew my mind, 87.47m...thats 349.92m...shit is crazy almost a million dollars.

I don't think it is. Those duty paid value listed there is the price of the car plus the duty paid on them, not the duty alone.

they all Armoured cars... That's the duty value not the price of the cars, the topic said "11 Armoured cars" to fit Armour on ordinary corolla will cost you nothing less than 5 million naira #facts... I was once in the business, so I know what am talking about.

I think the topic is misleading though. Nowhere in the article was it written that the cars were armoured. I made that earlier post because the duty paid value for those listed cars seem to tally with what's obtainable in local market for foreign used cars. If that's not the case, I find it surprising that Toyota (a budget friendly car manufacturing company) now makes armoured vehicles.

most car companies don't make armored cars, it's armored companies that modify them, that's why the value shoots up that high,to Armour a vehicle it can cost as much as 30% of the value of the vehicle depending on the Armour level.

IT IS THE ELITE CLASS OF PEOPLE THAT ARE CAUSING ALL THIS PROBLEMS TO OUR ECONOMY.

They use our COLLECTIVE COMMONWEALTH to buy exotics cars for themselves, chains of women, family members, friends, chains of synchophant.

The minister of Agriculture just throw a BOMBSHELL some few days ago.

He said there are Nigerians ( usually the rich or elite ) who use their cellphone to order PIZZA directly from London.

This pizza is brought into Nigeria flown from London to Nigeria by British Airways which they go and pick at the airport first thing in the morning.

THIS IS NIGERIA FOR YOU.

Now how can our economy grow in Nigeria if unpatriotic Nigerians continue to circumvent our economy ordering products we can produce or manufacture in Nigeria.
Why are you demonizing being rich?

I get now. But it's not worth getting a armored Highlander. Men of means wouldn't be going for that car in armoured state. It's just so bland. Besides, who one dey drive armoured motor for Benin. I think the OP may have mistaken 'exotic' to mean armoured.

well i guess it might be a second hand Armored highlander, even at that it's might be new, if you are super rich or politician and you don't want to be followed by your escorts all the time, it's better you get a highlander that is Armored not to raise highbrows when you move around discreetly.
